At Third 3y3 Kulture, every item is handmade with care. If any issues arise with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us directly at third3y3kulture@gmail.com so we can review the situation and determine whether your product qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Order Issues & Eligibility
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, reach out to us with a description of the issue and clear photos within 14 days of purchase. We will evaluate the claim and let you know if the item qualifies for a refund or a replacement.
Accidental Purchases
Refunds cannot be issued for accidental purchases after the item has already been delivered to the recipient’s address.
If an order was placed by mistake, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of purchase. If the item has not yet shipped, we can stop the sale and issue a full refund. After this window, or once the item has shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund accidental orders.
